You may send money through your bank directly to our bank account. Please note that additional charges apart from the registration fees are borne by the participant. Please send the ‘Payment Evidence/ Payment Proof’ by an Email at [email protected] so that, we may also track the payment.
Wire Transfer Details Kindly email "Bank Details Request" to [email protected] Refund Policy In case you are not able to attend and you have already paid the full registration fees, the following refund policy would be considered. You may choose any of the below mentioned options: 1. You may choose any upcoming GRDS conference in place of this one (which you are not able to attend). The fee submitted for the cancelled conference will be adjusted in the chosen conference’s fee. 2. If you are unable to attend the conference personally, then you may choose to participate in absentia category. 3. You may nominate any of your colleagues or friends to attend the conference in your place. 4. You may claim for 75 percent of fee refund 15 days before the conference dates. 5. You would not be able to claim for any amount within 15 days of the conference dates. |
REGISTRATION PROCESSOnce your paper is accepted the registration process begins. You have to complete the following four steps.
Early Bird Registration: Applicable on registration minimum 30 days prior to the conference Step1 - Registration Fee: It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, there will be discount on additional papers registration. Registration Fee Includes:
Registration Fee Categories (Early Bird Fee/ Regular Fee) Academician/ Industry Professional: USD 300/ USD 350 Student: USD 250/ USD 300 Participation in Absentia: USD 150/ USD 200 Published Work/ Dissertation/ Project Presentation: USD 200/ USD 250 Listener/ Co-author: USD 200/ USD 250 Additional Paper Submission: USD 150 per additional paper Certificate for Non-Participating Co-author: USD 50 per certificate Step 2 - Copyright Transfer: All authors who are willing to publish their work need to sign (for the original paper) Copyright Transfer Agreement Form. Except for already published work (Including PhD Thesis Synopsis), where, the copyright will be retained by the Original publisher/ Author, as per the case. Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper submission: All the paper must adhere to double column guidelines and must be submitted as Microsoft word DOC or DOCX format. Authors presenting published work must provide their work with full citation for verification. Step 4 - Registration: Send scanned copy of your completed registration form, copyright agreement form along with the scanned copy of the proof of payments to [email protected] Finish the payment of Registration fee (as per your category) as soon as possible to secure your participation, as only a fixed number of participants are designated for every GRDS International Conference. GRDS reserves all the rights to close the registration process before the mentioned deadlines, on completion of required number of registrations. |
